We think school administration software should get out of the way
Edwitty exists because school leaders spend too much time wrestling with disconnected tools instead of running their institutions.
One platform, built from the ground up for schools
Most school ERP software was built as a collection of bolted-together modules. Edwitty is built as one system — attendance, academics, finance, communication, and analytics share the same identity, permissions, and data model from day one. That's what lets a principal see a live, role-scoped view across every part of their school, instead of exporting spreadsheets from five different tools.
Three things that shaped how we built Edwitty
Connected data beats integrated tools
It's not enough for your attendance module and your finance module to "talk" via an API. When they share the same identity layer and data model, errors disappear — and analytics become trivially easy.
Live is the only acceptable default
A principal who has to wait for last night's report to make today's decision is flying blind. Every metric in Edwitty is computed on demand against current data — not cached from an overnight batch.
Security is infrastructure, not a feature
Role-based access control, session management, device trust, and audit logging aren't add-ons you enable later. In Edwitty, they're the foundation every module is built on top of.
